The bathtub in the suite is perfect for a relaxing soak, and the towels and robes provided add to the luxurious experience. The breakfast in the dining room offers a variety of choices and the staff are attentive without being intrusive. The location, overall facilities, and restaurant/bar at the hotel are fabulous.

The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, with well-maintained rooms and bathrooms. The hotel facilities were great, including a cozy bar with great drinks and a nice quiet room with a fireplace. The location was perfect, situated in a Jeffersonian area close to residential neighborhoods and many museums in this city. The staff was friendly and helpful, with Cliff the concierge providing excellent information.

During my recent stay at a charming hotel in the heart of the city, I had a really good experience. The staff were really good too ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. I was really surprised by the tastefully designed room, with its traditional furniture and cozy atmosphere. The central location allowed me to easily explore the vibrant downtown neighborhoods and indulge in the amazing dining options nearby. The complimentary driver and car provided a convenient way to navigate the surroundings. the hotel offered an exquisite massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. my stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

Breakfast of very good quality, price equivalent to the standing of the hotel! Deluxe room very nicely decorated, a lot of taste and elegance.

Relatively small room and a view (as far as my room is concerned) that is absolutely rubbish!!!!

I liked everything.

We were really surprised by the warm welcome we received upon arrival. The receptionist checked us in promptly and efficiently. Our luggage was already waiting for us in our room, a nice touch. The room itself was not overly spacious, but it had everything we needed and was tastefully decorated. The bathroom was modern and recently refurbished. The concierge was attentive and provided fantastic recommendations for our activities in the area.

Located in vibrant downtown neighborhoods, this hotel offers easy access to a variety of dining options, including the 14th Street restaurants. The room was elegant and spacious, with a separate sitting area and a huge bathroom. The staff was professional and provided great suggestions. The breakfast in Greenhouse was delicious. the hotel offers a beautiful library, a scotch bar, and a fitness facility.

One minor drawback was the absence of a soaring atrium.

This hotel is a hidden gem! the staff is very welcoming and professional. Our room was stunning and well-appointed with exclusive amenities. the in-room breakfast was impressive and served promptly. the bar area had a cozy ambiance, and the cocktails were excellent. We enjoyed the location advantage of being close to good restaurants and shops.

The only minor issue we found was that the special diet menus were limited. the staff was very accommodating and did their best to fulfill our needs.
